Today, we went ahead with the 0.5 increase to 3 units a little early so we can monitor. He has been stuck in the 400’s for a while, so we don’t want him in glucose toxicity again.

+3.75 is 256. It’s been a while since we saw yellow. He ate his usual at +2 and I just gave him another 1/4 can of his normal wet food, which is MC. (Royal Canin 13%)

I had wondered about his vial having gone bad too..seems ok from our experiment?

After Cosmo’s dramatic reductions a bit ago, we changed his food, because he turned his nose up at the MD wet, which seemed to keep him more stable and a more ‘normal’ nadir time. The wonder if it just took him a bit to figure out the right new dose combo?
