What differences in those numbers. This is exactly why I did both the pet and human meter. They were never the same, and I thought I could put more faith in the pet one, but others seemed to want to know what the human meter one was since that's what they used. I know the feeling you must be going through with that.
Awesome job you're doing though. That takes love and determination. Have you given any more thought on the reduction you were considering?

Hi Regan, wow, what a day you’ve had! Monster is really loving those greens.
I’m so glad you were able to verify the Libre numbers with your contour meter.

I read on your spreadsheet that the alarm was going off all night long and I know what that’s like.
Ivy has done that too and we have these overnight long stretches and it can be really difficult.
What I have done for a while now (it took me a long time to figure this out), but I finally got 2 thick towels and I wrap her phone in the towels (it’s plugged in overnight, but helps to dull the sound of the alarms).

I can still hear it and of course it’s also ringing on my phone (so it’s not like I’m going to miss the alerts), but since the phone has to sit near her, I didn’t want to freak her out with that blaring noise, so it really dulls it.
I don’t know if you shut the alarms off or you have them going on.
I don’t like turning them off because I don’t want to miss them, but I just want them turned down.
Anyway, just thought I would share that information with you in case you wanted to try that

Today has been a looong day. Im tired from being woke up by the alarm on the libre going off all night and have had a headache most of the day due to the as well. I apologize, i havent posted much for anyone today because of it being an "off" day.
The sensor finally crapped out on us today! I think that explains the wonky numbers the past couple of days. I was reading where people were having problems with the false low readings (aside from the recall) and having to replace it. I started to get and idea of how she was truly compares to the Libre but some numbers were way off. I just had to accept that she was ok.

As I said before, I'm a dealer at a casino so my brain has to be on constantly. I'm dealing with numbers, poker hands, and having to make decisions, and then having to deal with money and I can't afford to be distracted. I have spent many days worrying about her, checking her numbers, checking the cameras, I just had to stop worrying and tell myself that she would be ok. I still checked on her but I didn't get so worried.

I do feel a little better knowing the sensor was on it way to crapping out and those numbers were the sign. I won't be able to try to go get another one until Wednesday when I'm off. If they let me refill a week early. So until then it's BG by meter so it'll be more accurate. I'm going to try to get a curve done on my day off and see how she's doing.
 
I must admit the Libre constant readings would give me a headache too, just in the sense that you can’t see the forest for the trees. It’s good you can do handheld tests, it would seem to me Monster is having some good time in healing greens.
 
So, for shot time... I did give her a little less than 1.5 tonight being afraid she may go low, because she been lower lately, by meter, and the fact that she dropped from +11 to PS. It made me nervous. I'll check her and see where she is up to +3 tonight (obviously, if too low, I'll be staying up longer).
It was actual shot time so I didn't post asking for help knowing no one would be able to get back to me quickly
