I have noticed a pattern. Every AMPS is in the red and every PMPS is pink!!
On a positive note she seems to be feeling just fine. All P's still in place.

That must mean one of a couple of reasons. Either the shot lasts a good long time or when CL doesn't eat, her BG rises quicker (that is what happens with Simon anyway) At least you know the insulin brings her down.

Simon is still having higher than preferred numbers at pre shot but he goes way down after he eats. Being off insulin seems just as stressful as when he was on because even though his trial is over with, I can't relax and stop testing him due to his wacky numbers!

Can you stay up some night and get some numbers, Terri? I wonder if she drops low or she eats or doesn't eat. If her pattern was similar in the daytime, I'd say the insulin isn't lasting long enough. Once you know what is happening at night, you could shoot 11/13. So shoot the amps an hour earlier and the pmps a hour later and see if that balances out the preshot numbers.

Without any mid-cycle numbers, I second Sue. We don't know how low CL is going and it could be that some of the high numbers are a response to going too low, or low too fast.

Maybe go to bed early and set an alarm to get a +5ish test.

I agree with Sue & BJ. Mid-cycle number(s) would help us see how the insulin is working. I know it is sometimes difficult with our bean work/life schedules, but some mid-cycle (nadir) info would be great to have on your ss.
