Rupert very BEBT this morning, came upstairs and was waiting for me outside the bedroom door. Looks great. It's Friday so I guess he decided to start the day with a pink number.. we all know how Rupie loves his Friday night fun and games so I'm wondering where this will go today. Of course, he'll probably start showing some 'better' numbers now that I've made the vetty appointment for next week!

Hope everyone has a good Friday and has fun weekend plans. My dressage coach over again this weekend so it will be another 'running around' sort of Saturday and Sunday for us.

Wondering if this darned rain will EVER let up. I know we get a lot of rain every winter, and it's positively dismal, but it seems that this torrential rain has been going on forever. 4am again last night it was so loud it woke me up. Horses are NOT amused!

Hi Pip, there's this strange yellow thing sending out bright light in the blue sky around here. I'm not sure what it is, it's been a while. Hope you are seeing it too.

Good to see Rupert is better numbers for him. If it's been a while, it's probably worth a vet visit anyway. The IM vet I saw at CSU recommended checking urine cultures every 6 months for diabetic cats - they are great at hiding things, but more prone to UTi than non FD cats.

yes, i saw the big scary unusual yellow thing in the sky! I had no idea what it was! I gather it might stick around for a bit of tomorrow and then back to the 'usual'!!! I'll take the cooler temps with the sun, vs the warmer and the torrential rain!
