@Deb...Hon look at Autumn's spreadsheet. We've chased up and down the dosing scale so many times I've lost count. I'm beginning to wonder if that's just one more step in the dance with the lifers..That if their going to be insulin dependent for life they just constantly change dose and it becomes about finding a dose that "should" earn them a dose reduction. The one that is just a little too much and then try to catch them an use food to manipulate them out of earning a reduction.
Or at least that is what I'm going to try with Autumn. I know .5 will send her too low, so I skinnied that to roughly .45 then try to catch her before she nosedive steer her up with food. And not reduce again until I'm using food to steer more than I'm not.
