Kit looks awesome :D, Alicia. Her early drops aren’t drastic!! Great job with the carbs to manage this issue! It really seems to have helped a lot. Have a wonderful day:bighug::bighug::bighug:

So, today when I went to pick up Kit's insulin pen, they gave me the generic glargine instead of name brand Lantus that I've been using for her the entire time. Is there a difference (other than the price )? Should I have pressed to get the name brand? I was rushed, this was a renewal of the previous prescription, so I didn't push it like I usually do.

I used to use the Brand Lantus but switched over to the generic when it was available. Absolutely no difference for us :cat:

I use generic glargine for Jack. I have never used the name brand, due to the price. My vet claims there is no difference; hoping Kit doesn't think there is either. :bighug:
