I'm so proud of myself....I posted a condo for Champ two days in a row!!!
Champ had a pretty good evening...no low low's, but no high high's either. I'll take it!! I spent last night making four batches of homemade raw food, which should last a month, but never does. I tend to overfeed a bit, though with the homemade, because it's so low calorie, he's still managed to drop a little bit of weight. I did cook the chicken liver this time after people reminded me it's a toxin filter. Let me just say...I thought handling raw liver was gross, but handling cooked liver is WORSE. It smells nasty and has the most awful texture. DIS GUST ING. However, I gave Champ some as a snack and he thought I was God after that!! After I dished it all up into my containers, I had about 1.5 oz or so left so I gave it to Champ as his bedtime meal. I didn't get to bed until about 12:30 and then Champ proceeds to start crying about 1:30 and just wouldn't stop. I got up and gave him some FF and that settled him right down. I woke up this morning to something I haven't had in months and months....Champ was sleeping at the foot of my bed, just like old times!!!!! I was so happy I didn't want to get out of bed. The fact it was 4 a.m. and 27 degrees outside also made me not want to get out of bed!!! I made my coffee, fixed a cup to take to my office, and find the nice surprise Champ left on the carpet in the living room...he threw up the homemade food I gave him at bedtime!!! No wonder the dude was crying last night!! He probably ate too much, too fast, and got hungry again. It looked like he threw it up right after eating it, too, so at least it wasn't too gross to clean up...just chunks of chicken really. And it's so cold in my house it was like it had been refrigerated!! :lol: :lol:
Champ gave me a pretty good AMPS this morning. I'm looking forward to seeing some nice low blues/high greens...hear me Champers?!!
