Yesterday was a pink (barely!) start down the rainbow to green in the AM and a blue and yellow evening. Today we begin to recover. ohmygod_smile

It started out dry and a bit of blue sky here, but the clouds came in and now it's raining again. Neko is hiding under the bed. Yesterday we had a window service guy in so she's expecting another one again. :lol: She's not hiding far under the bed, just at the edge where we've done some good scritches. She did have a bit of an outing while it was still dry, and the friendly neighbourhood black cat was in the solarium with her when she came back. Probably trying to get at the catnip in there. Neko's 5 P's are in place (although play was swatting at Theo) and it's napping time.

Sounds like a good napping day. But I guess that's every day for a cat? :lol: :lol: I hope she realized she is safe from the window guy now.

Maybe Neko wants to be that beautiful rainbow after a rainy day It's nice that she was able to get out and about today and have a friend to share the solarium with!

Totally not expecting that! Down 220 points in 4 hours. No indication of fast droppage, Neko was sleeping peacefully on the fleece on our bed, until I disturbed her for the test.

@Mary - It seems a quick bounce was in order, not sure on the greens but I'm happy with low blues and wondering if I should have tested earlier. The SRT was a long drive to get to CSU, but Tracy&Leo and Lu-Ann&Grayson went through the procedure three weeks before we did, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. Without FDMB I doubt Neko would have been diagnosed for acromegaly, much less gone to CSU for SRT which is the only known way to treat it. Anything I was able to advise you on yesterday was what I learned from here.

@Liz - Neko did eventually move to the top of the bed for her nap. :lol: She is safe from the window guy until he comes back in a couple of weeks with a couple of missing parts.

@Carla - Bounce clearing seems to be in progress.

Hi Wendy - looks like our furkids were thinking the same thing swinging high this morning, and then some drops this evening! These two need to stop hanging out with one another!!!

Barely holding onto blue. Neko is in the kitchen STARVING so I was just had to see why. No reason, just Neko being Neko, :lol:

@Tamara - Missed you last time - Neko does love the rainbows! Normally Neko shares the solarium with Theo, but it's the access to outdoors and he isn't allowed out so she was on her own until the black cat came over.

@Lisa - I'd love Neko to go a little lower, but hope she'll take the slow elevator down instead of the express one Leo has hopped on!

I hate to wake them up for tests. Rosy also got spared if she's sleeping... :lol:

Not too bad, but quite the zoom in the last hour. We now have peace and quiet in the house. Neko is patiently waiting in front of her autofeeder. :lol:

@Helen - a better start than this morning, who knows what she's got planned this evening. I especially hate waking Neko if it will remind her it's getting close to dinner time. I'd rather have a quiet cat!

Normally I do a +4 if Neko is that high to start, but thought I'd do a +3 to see how fast little Miss late onset/late nadir is coming down.

@Michelle - we had sunshine in the morning, but it didn't last. We live against the mountains and could see it was nicer to the south of us. It wasn't hard to teach Neko to love her autofeeder - she adores anything that feeds her.
