Can you share your kitty's FD/CKD diet, in specifics?

Have you found a low carb/low phosphorous food
What purchased wet food do you feed, if any
What supplement(s), if any is used
What raw food is prepared and fed, either as sole food source, or as supplement to purchased wet

I've been to Tanya's site, and I'm nearing a meltdown trying to figure this out. So I'm grateful for anyone who can take the time to help.

For raw you can get your protein from your grocery store and then add EZ Complete. The calcium comes from egg shell and added calcium supplements rather than bone so they phosphorus is lower than most commercial brands.
