Thinking of Michelle and BJ, and Michelle and Angel today....

Hmmmmm....I hope this is because we used the "old" pen for those three cycles and her shed is still refilling.

I've got the store by myself today, but am closing up early. Looking forward to a VERY exciting New Year's Eve: food shopping at 3 different stores, then our tradition of watching "The Twighlight Zone" marathon. If all goes according to plan, I should be out like a light by about 9:15, will wake up at 11:55 to watch that silly ball inch it's way down (why do they say it "drops" when it does anything but "drop"?? Could it be any more anti-climatic?), then crawl into bed by about 12:05. Woohoo!

You could always come to Flagstaff and watch the Pinecone Drop. That is even more exciting than the ball in NYC. OR, you could come watch Zener's BG drop! Now that is excitement. :lol: :lol: :lol: Trixie, how about a little drop yourself? Those are not Trixster numbers. Happy New Year's Eve!

If they want to understand the true meaning of "drop", they should watch one of our kitties some exciting midnight!

Hi Amy, your New Year's sounds like mine, except i don't ever make it with the silly ball unless I set the alarm or my Maggie alarm goes off! :lol: The best to you and Trixie for the New Year!

Amy, I usually watch the Twilight Zone marathon, too! This is the first year in a long time that I am actually doing anything out of the house. We have the Peach Drop here...very exciting to see a giant peach slowly descend :lol:

Trixie, these numbers are not your usual numbers. Get back down right now!

Hmmmm i'm trying to think of what we can have drop up here....a snowball maybe? :lol: The twilight zone? I haven't seen that show since i was just a youngin' and i remember it used to scare the crap outta me just hearing the theme song.

Got the earrings yesterday and now i'm wishing i had my ears pierced :sad: cause i'd keep them for myself! Thanks again Amy.

It's never too late to get your ears pierced...I just pierced my left ear for the 6th time last fall and I'm sure I've got a few years on you :lol: ! You're very welcomme...and thank YOU! I hope your Mom and sister enjoy them!

Hey Trix! Are you trying to get drid of 2011 with a bang? Why are you way up there?

Your night sounds a lot like ours. DH and I usually nod off before 10 and always set an alarm to watch the ball-crawl. I was thinking this year I'll at least have a bit more benefit! The perfect excuse to get a +5 test in :lol:

Thank heavens we are on Central time. I only have to stay awake until 10 to watch that silly ball drop. Of course I usually don't make it. :lol: Happy New Year to you Amy and all of your family!!!

Ick...we've definitely taken a step backwards here. As much as I'd love to see those greens, let's hope for NO midnight excitment - this bean wants to hit the hay as soon as that ball has completed its 5 minute journey!

(BTW, my brother lives in Bethlehem, PA...home to marshmallow Peeps. You guessed, they "drop" a giant Peep at midnight!! Now THAT is worth staying up for!!!)

Love the description of the evening festivities. I'll give you credit for making midnight- I rarely make the "dropping" of that silly ball.... enjoy - it will be fun.

Hoping too that Trixie return to Trixie numbers. I am sure she will soon.

:shock: ...to quote DH, who did the +4.75 since I was in the midst of my New Year's Eve nap...holy crap! The girl is all over the map tonight. I guess she was looking for a little New Year's excitement after all...we'll be ringing in the new year with an extra pokey!

Now...back to that nap, so I can be all refreshed for that ball dropping :lol: !

Wow...Amy..she's keeping you guessing tonight...or should I say DH Loved your comment that people think you're having a mid-life crisis with the new piercing. So hilarious!!
