Happy New Year's Eve! Yesterday Muffin decided to try her paw at being rainbow kitty - she said all the cool kits are doing it! :lol: I blame Leo for that party he had. ;-) (Just kidding, Leo, we lubs ya) Looks like she may be setting up to do it again today. That's okay, Muffin, it's better than sitting in pink! Muffin doesn't seem to be feeling too badly, except when I pick her up when I have to take her to the test spot (when the DGD's are around) I worry that I'm hurting her belly. She sort of curls herself into a ball when I pick her up, but I'm not sure if that's due to pain or she thinks she's going to the vet. My cats hardly ever get picked up, unless they're getting put into the carrier, so they don't like it. She hasn't eaten much today, but the girls just left, and she came and visited me here, supervised her condo creation for a minute, and left, so maybe she'll eat now that it's quiet. If not, I'll try some pepcid or carafate later.

+2 360. Her breffis is gone, so that's good. You can start that rainbow action any time now, Miss Muffin! ;-) Not sure how great she's feeling this morning - she's just hanging out on the floor in the kitchen. Not hiding, but not a normal spot for her, either.

Oh I hope Muffin feels better after some peace and quiet. Don't worry, no vetty today. Enough w/ the bouncing w/ Tess. At least THEY think it is fun! :roll:

I'm glad Muffin ate her breffis....but I hope she's really feeling better ASAP!!!

Well, 327 at +4. It's obvious she's not going to do much today. I was really hoping to see some more action today. She obviously isn't feeling well. She spent all day yesterday on the floor of the pantry behind the stacks of cat/dog food, but that didn't surprise me as I had the girls all day. However, she's doing the same thing today, and I'm the only one home. I carried her up to DD's room and put her on the bed in there, as that's where she had been spending her days recently. She got purry and lovey so we had rubs and pets for a little while. I hope she'll stay there - it's much warmer up here, and a bed is much more comfy than the hard cold floor, even if you still don't feel good. cat_pet_icon

I'm off to visit my friend this afternoon - had told her I'd come at +6, so I wouldn't have to worry about Muffin as much, but it doesn't appear she's going to give me anything to worry about. We'll just call it a permission slip and move on.

+9.5 210. Maybe I shouldn't have moved her into DD's room. I tried to get a +6 before going to my friend's house, but she was under DD's bed, and no one was here to fetch her out for me. My ribs are still too sore to lay on the hard floor, let alone squeeze myself under a bed! :lol: Plus, I figured she wasn't going to show much action today. Now I really wish I had gotten that +6, as this is an odd time to be dropping that much. Is she on the way back up from some nice blue or green number? Or did she just finally find yellow? Oh, well, I'm actually hoping she gives me a reason to stay up tonight! We shall see!

I hope she feels better tonight, Anne. Poor baby that she is under the bed but I'm glad she's eating. I hope she comes down for you tomorrow.
