Good day to all!
Yesterday we went to the vet. In general, the ultrasound shows some inflammations in the internal organs, she also has spondyloarthritis due to her disability. It doesn't seem to be at an alarming level.
She is also FELV positive which warrants stomatitis. Today we will have the rest of the exams.
Otherwise, she fasted for many hours and her blood sugar rose to 144, but I noticed that she quickly recovered.:cat:

Maybe that's the reason for the inappropriate peeing. If she is in pain...
What did the vet suggest as possible treatment?

The vet believes that these are not the reasons why he is peeing, so he is waiting for the results of the blood and urine tests. However, he gave us to take Vetomune caps which contributes to both chemical and cellular immunity for symptoms such as stomatitis for FELV.
We are also awaiting results for the thyroid gland...

Maybe she is in pain because of arthritis and associates her box with pain?
I hope her issues will be resolved soon once they have a good picture of what is going on!

Thank you!
What it looks like so far is chronic pancreatitis due to FELV. FELV does various "damages" to the body. As for urinating outside the box, the general urine is good but shows crystals and blood. We are waiting for the urine culture. Maybe there is also cystitis
