Sammy's kidneys are getting worse but he is still a long ways from chronic renal failure. The values were a bit higher than last time and the vet is going to call Hills' to talk to the nutritionists there. they will probably recommend their brand of food and I already told them I wouldn't buy it. So, he hopes he can work out some kind of diet with them. Relieved? Yep.

The vet wants me to keep Sam at 1 U for at least a week. If now downward movement, up it to 1.5U. I think 1.25 would be enough. I want to go slower than he does.
