And thanks so muchWhat a beautiful!!! Nice job Bailie

Well I’m kind of not understanding that the last time he was on 2.25 he was high number and he hasn’t been on 2.5 for long only a couple of days don’t we want to see these low numbers ?79 is a perfectly safe BG number. I'd get another test in about 30-60 minutes after the food.
Oh and Congrats on the reduction! Anytime BG goes under 90 it's a reduction. Your dose tonight is 2.25![]()
Oh yea I just tested him and he is 5.779 is a perfectly safe BG number. I'd get another test in about 30-60 minutes after the food.

Excellent!
I guess so yes . I just hope he doesn’t start having consistent higher numbers again because I’m worried about his organs . So does this mean that his dose tonight will be 2.25 again ?
It helped me to be reminded that insulin is a hormone and not medicine like an antibiotic. Hormones and the need for them, changes. Insulin doses need to be adjusted up and down. Testing the BGs show us when we need to increase and when to decrease. Yes we do want to see the lower numbers more often and those lower numbers are 90-150. Bailie went below that so you reduce the insulin back to 2.25. Does that make sense?

Thank you so muchGreat job, Nancy. Congratulations on the reduction. Have a safe surf Bailie![]()
