[Laurie and Mr Tinkles]

Previous Condo

WCR: Tinkles had been yellow and pink the last 3 cycles, so I went back to the last good dose this morning. He is coming down nicely this cycle. He's happy and playful, appetite wonderful as usual.


WBR: It was actually a blessing in disguise that his numbers were high, because I've been miserably sick. I went to the doctor today because I couldn't take it anymore, I only slept an hour total last night. I have a "cold"...HAHAHA, I've never had such a sore throat in my life! I was positive that it had to be strep, but nope, "just" a virus. Doc told me to take 800mg ibuprophen Q 8hrs and 1000mg Tylenol Q 6hrs, and all the other things I have already been doing (gargle, hot tea, hard candy.) Sorry I haven't been around, but I just haven't been up to it. I'm hoping a good nights sleep tonight (DD will be the backup tester if necessary!) will get me feeling human again.

I had the worst cold of my life last month. It was a razor blade sore throat AND a bad cough (no relief). The sore throat lasted about a week but the cough stayed in my chest for about two and a half weeks. (Upper chest). No head congestion. A lot of fatigue also.

I ended up buying cough suppressant with codeine and was able to get a bit of sleep and relief.

Looks like the dosecrease did it! I'm so sorry you haven't been feeling well....I had been looking for your condos...should have pm'd you to see if you were any better than last week. Sending healing vines and hoping you recover quickly....and have electricity to stay warm.
