YAY! We had a blue cycle yesterday - SWEET! Of course it was framed by yellow, but it was blue. :-D :razz: :cool: I do like the consistency of the cycles we have been getting lately, now they just need to be lower. I still have not ruled out a dosecrease, and should things not be outstanding today then I will fatten his dose - back to his all-time fav dose of a 2.50F. He did 4 months on that dose, worked well until the dental when we had to mess with the dose, and numbers fell apart. Well... perhaps that is where he needs to be. What'd'ya think Mannie? Lubs ya big guy! cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D and the whacking is back. :lol: :lol: Everybody was whacking everybody last night at dinner time. :shock: :o :roll: :roll: It sees I couldn't serve the fuds fast enough. Mannie was more than impatient and whacked everyone in his path. He got the "be kind to your sisters" lecture. I got the "whatever" glare back. We had a great test feed shoot this morning: lots of purrs and head rubs from the Nanner King! BJ once again watched over Mannie while I tested him. She once again gave him a few licks on the forehead. She really is a great big sister. :-D Breffis was consumed with gusto - at warp speed, clean plate club status maintained, the auto feeder continues to be used. I still have to run interception though - Elsa just doesn't give up.... :roll: :lol: :lol: All three are now in nap mode.... Normalcy in MannieLand.

Hey everybody! What a party last night. And kitchen krew! I am so proud of you guys! Looks like we got some new apprentices coming up - i LUBS it! So... chillaxin' day for sure! I'm thinking: fireplace, fleece covered pillows, hot toddy's with whip cream on top, good conversation and lots of kitty stories.... you guys in?

And completely OT: I neglected to include photos on Nicholas's and my adventure on Thursday - so I will today. We had gone to the place I hiked on Monday, so that he could experience snow. What a great hit that was - he was so excited, He doesn't really talk yet, but makes alot of vocalizations. I love the one that sounds like "WHOA!" I heard that over and over again while took in all that he saw and touched. it was a great day for him.

Hi Michelle & Mannie,

Nice AMPS, Mannie. Now you have to decide what to do about your dose. Do you need to go back to that last good dose, or can you get accustomed to the present dose and turn it into a really good dose? Only you can decide!!

Michelle, that pic of Nicholas enjoying the first snowfall is priceless! What a great winter adventure he is going to have this year! Are you still backpacking him? He looks awfully big, and winter boots are heavier than sneakers!! I think you'll have to get a pull sled.

Beautiful stories as always! Love the pictures of the snow, and your little boy. What a happy little guy!!! Hoping for a nice snow fort for him in the near future! I bet he'll love that. We, too, have 1 errand to do... Only the shopping. Have a great day!

Hi Ella - you are so right! perhaps he has decided this morning that this can be a good dose: we are headed down. We shall see. :razz: Thanks on the Nicholas pic - it is priceless - he had such a good time, loved every minute he was there. First real snow experience for him. and yes - still backpacking him - well front packing him, though I'm not too sure how much longer I will be able to do that - he's getting almost too big for the carrier. We shall see on that one. I didn't for this adventure, as most of what we did was in the immediate area, so I just carried him from spot to spot. he's around 20 pounds now... and :lol: :lol: on the boots: true! i like that sled idea! DH is doing OK - up a couple of times during the night, but faring ok. Painful, but tolerable.

Morning Angela - thanks - yupp on the snow fort - I am sure he'd so love that! with lots of snowballs. thanks on the day... shopping here to, and then we shall see what else I tackle. :lol:

Rusty - dude! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO - that would be so cool!! I LUBS your wood stove!! I am so there. I will bring the leftovers - we gots lots, as I made lots so we could have leftovers. Nice blue day for Mannie so far, looks like a nice cycle shaping up. Keep it up big guy and add some greens because the dose threat has been made! :shock:

Good to hear the DH surgery went well. And Nicholas is such a cutie!

Hi Michelle, it looks like Mannie may have a nice blue surf judging by the +2, as I know for lots here the +2 is a signal for the rest of the day. It's so hard sometimes on the dose as to stay or go up sometimes, as I know I was just about to raise Maggie's the other day when all of a sudden she started showing greens! They surprise us and who knows sometimes. I think Mannie will decide! :lol: Nicholas is such a happy baby and looks like he is loving the snow. He's a real sweetie! Glad to hear your DH has come thru the surgery and hope the pain lessens. Have fun errand running and any walks today!

Hey Mannie, that sure was a fun party last night. I will try a little cookin next time but watch out as I'm not too good at it. Yeah, count me in today. That sounds like fun visiting Rusty and watching the squirrels and deer and yum, hot toddys. See ya soon.

It is very nice to see Mannie doing the flat thing more often and getting into blue. I think that is the way he started out doing so well on his favorite dose!!! You know him best!

Hi Marje - thanks - the flatter cycles are nice - it's a good sign I think. Today was a nice AM cycle too, almost made green. :-D and yes - that is true that this is how he started with his fav dose. well, we shall see what he decides. and yes on DGS - a whole 20 pounds now. I look forward to the walking phase, it will spare my arms and legs some. :lol: :lol:
