Happy Saturday everyone !

I have some fake plants in my house ( I don't have a green thumb) my callie cat chewed and ate one of the leaves :o she yaked it back up thank god cat_pet_icon but it scared the crap out of me so I got some cat grass to grow for them ( callie and her civvie sister) the vet said that should be good for callie, my girls have never been outside cats so I'm hoping this makes for happy kitties ! anyone else give there kitties cat grass ??
 
I give my cats grass all the time they love it. I'm buying a chia pet for cats so that they can have some all year.
 
KT waits at the door daily until I bring him in his grass! He yells very loudly when I forget. I can't leave it out or he scalps it immediately and throws up. I just grow winter wheat which makes nice tops for him. I got a whole litter bucket full beside the railroad tracks where the feed trains run.... :-D I cut pieces and give them to him one at a time - usually 8-10. Snowshoe (civvie) can't have it - it causes him to have asthma attacks, so have to be sneaky...

I buy seeds at Petsmart and grow little pots of grass all year round. My kitties love it but sometimes they barf it up on the nearest clean throw rug........

I'll have to try to grow a lawn for my kitties.
 
hahahaha Pamela I love it , I have to try this , the one plant I have is ready for them to try so I let them today callie liked it right away her sister is kinda of ify yet, they have never been outside so this is all new to them , I got 2 more plants I started but I'm gona give what you did a try ;-)
