Tray is doing well, purring and happy to see his Bean up and off the floor. I've been sleeping on the hardwood since I hurt my back but today I've managed to get up and walk about a bit. I've done some yoga and will go on a trial walk about the mall later. Still hurts but I'm somewhat mobile!! thanks for all your kind words keep the healing vines coming.

Nice AMPS for Tray today! Hope your back is feeling better too. I can relate - I tweaked mine while shoveling the other day. It's still aching. Back trouble really rots!

Great day for Tray it looks like! I sure hope your back gets to feeling better soon.. backpain (in my opinion) is one of the worst.. you feel it with every move you make..even sneezing! Take care of yourself!
