Yikes! Simon is pretty high today and was yesterday, too. I think I found out why he went so high over the last two days. I forgot that I had put a full dish of kibble out for Cleo to entice her to eat. It was under the sofa in the room she likes to go in. Well, I found the bowl and it was licked clean. Cleo has never licked a bowl clean in her life. This bowl looked like I had just washed it! No wonder Simon has been feeling a little heavier. His ears and arthritis have also been bothering him. I put him back on a dose of anti-histimine and he is getting his adequan shot today. Sadly, I have been somewhat ignoring him lately because Cleo is needing my undivided attention.

Cleo is doing much better. Last night, she ate really well after I discovered a few new kinds of cat food. I bought a can of everything at the pet specialty store and she really loves Stella and Chewy's and also BFF (Best Feline Friends). Not sure what the carb count is of BFF but the information says it is low carb. Since Cleo doesn't have to worry about carbs, I am not too concerned but would love to know if Simon can also eat it. Cleo is still on bupe for pain but her incision site looks good and she will be getting her stitches out next week. Continue to send those healing vines for a complete recovery and a good report from the pathology lab.

Great news on Cleo, praying she continues to improve :-D

Poor Simon :sad: I'm sure you're not really ignoring him.... but at least he's
not so upset that he can't manage Kibble Raids ;-)

Morning Georgia and very positive report on Cleo and the new fuds. Simon :lol: did you do a Kibble Raid while your bean wasn't looking? Simon will come down after he empties the kibble. Mags is sure envious, Simon! :razz: Sending healing vines for Cleo and good pathology report. Extra scritches and pats on the heaf for Simon.

Great report on your kitties! Simon is one smart boy. He can smell a bowl of kibble when he's rooms away. I'm glad to hear that Cleo is recuperating well. I'm always amazed at how resilient our kitties are.

It is wonderful to read that Cleo is doing well. Looks like a full recovery is in order. Fantastic! I will hope for a good pathology report. :-D

Oh my on Simon and the kibble raid. They always seem to know when it is "available". Well at least now you know the reason for the pinks. Come on down today Simon - pink is so not your color.

Yay for Cleo! :-D :-D :-D Great news! Continuing to send healing energy to your sweet girl. That's great that you found some foods that she will eat. What a relief! :-D Uh, Simon, I know you love the kibble but you can't eat that any more, remember? Happy Caturday, Georgia.

Glad Cleo is feeling better. Simon, I'd say bad boy, but who can blame a kitty for opportune behavior, especially when it comes to kibbles? :-D :-D :-D Plate licked clean - enough of the secret treats buddy, and time to come back down. Have a great day!
