ps he did get into dry food this am briefly, caught him pretty quickly - called - taste of the wild venison and salmon
anyone heard of this food? the speciality pet food store- meaning they dont sell friskies or FF- said alot of people buy it. It was 27$ for the bag 16lb
This food is for the 2 that won't eat the wet food.

Yeah, he could probably use a dose increase. At least he's not swinging from high to low numbers.

Taste of the Wild is supposed to be good food. All the premium brands have gone up in price and I don't know that you can judge the quality of the food from the price. But we don't have to tell you that dry is dry. At least it doesn't have grains in it, but it is still water-depleting.

Yeah, I'd say he needs an increase. Do you think the sore is bothering him enough to be keeping his numbers higher?

I let my cats all have dry food as treats after the am test/meds/shot session. I just look for one with higher quality protein and no grains - and they only get about 12 pcs each. Beau absolutely LOVES dry food and it was a huge issue getting him off it after he was diagnosed, but these few pcs once a day make him happy. Very, very happy.
