Also, just having one of those "interesting" days myself: this morning the toilet/drains blocked: probably tree roots. Plumbers here now. Probably $900.00

"Oh, happy day", said no one ever about this kind of thing.

Now the problem is testing as Eddie is hiding beneath the gas fireplace and the plumbers will be here for two hours. Right now, it's AM +2.5.

The plumbers have discovered a complicated and bad situation (house is 1940s) regarding flanges, etc. (too complicated to say here) but now we are. looking at $3500.
