Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty is already on the way down from last night's fur shot today. He had a good night and the morning routine went well. But he hasn't had his schmooze yet because I am going to climb Baker Mountain this morning. It's a short but steep climb and has a great view of the village. However, it's snowing hard, so there might not be a view. I expect to be back by lunchtime. I'm borrowing Edward's microspikes because they are newer than mine and not as worn down. I feel good. The Arnica gel really works! bbl,

Yo Kitties: The LL Sliders Curling Team will have a practice this morning on Moody Pond. Local bean curlers have already prepared the court. Hot toddies and cimmamum cookies on my radiators after practice. All kitties are invited to join the Curling Team. Zener and I are co-chairs.

Sorry fr that amps, but it is nice to see him slowly coming down from that fur shot. Slow descend Rusty.

Kudos to you! Enjoy the climb today. It sounds like an adventure for sure. BE safe and enjoy. I will have to get some of that Arnica Gel. It sounds like a "miracle worker"! :-D I hope too the Edwards microspikes will help you out today.

Wow on the hike yesterday! :o Glad the Arnika Gel is doing it's thing and you're able to get out again today :-D Good luck with Edward's spikes, hopefully it will keep you from sliding a bit better ;-) Have fun...and NO stars today k!

I hope Rusty keeps sliding down from the fur shot today. Be careful and enjoy your climb today. Hopefully it won't be as adventurous as yesterday's was.

Keep Sliding Rusty, it's great practice for the LLCC! Have a great climb today, I need to look into the arnica gel too!

Hi again,
Well, I did get home in time for lunch after a good climb (easier than yesterday, but still pretty icy--the new spikes really helped). After lunch I had to go shopping for food. (Our big New Year's Eve party is coming up fast!). Then some friends came over for pizza and to watch one of the first mountain films: "The White Hell of Piz Palü" (a German silent from 1929). It was fantastic! And to think that all of it was filmed on the mountain and that the actors did all of their own climbing!! We just finished cleaning up (the movie was 2 1/2 hours long) and we are exhausted. Sorry to miss all your condos (again).
Rusty is fine. He's coming down slowly from his fur shot.
