After struggling to keep her afloat with MC throughout last night and the night before that, I decided to try a reduction this morning. Her daytime numbers aren't nearly low enough to warrant it, but we'll see what happens, and I can always go back up to 3.25 if need be.

Thanks, Cecile! Her PMPS showed 72 and I almost fell off my chair -- but then I waited 20 minutes and it came up as 272!! I tested again and got 291, so the initial 72 must have been a bad strip. I'm not happy to see such high numbers, but at least I might get some sleep.
