I am so very saddened this morning to read of Muffin's passing yesterday. Muffin, I shall never ever forget you. You were one of Mannie's bestest buddies... He so loved to come and pick you up, loved to find you waiting in that window, ready for the days adventures. He is saddened too that you have to join him at the Bridge, and awaits your arrival. Fear not, he will show you the ropes, guide you, be of comfort to you. Remember to check in on your bean. She is very sad, and needs to know you are well again, happy, and at peace. Fly free little one, we will always remember you, always.

LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Bug and Lola are exhausted from all heir Chitrstmas travels yesterday, but they still want to be workirng today so..... They have decided that today is TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! :shock: Kinda cool huh!They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! Lola is perfecting her New years eve pies. HUH? What will that be.... I dunno! :roll: so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are complimentary....OH! I GOTS EGGNOG TOO! Try some - it is mega good!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Ours was great. It was extremely busy, and I am exhausted still, but what a great time. I hope it was the same for everyone else too. Nicholas turned 3, and we managed to find time to set aside for his birthday. He still isn't a big fan of the birthday song, so we had to try that a couple of times to get through it all. Poor kid! It's almost like he is embarrassed, He so wanted that cake, no song! :lol: The cake almost took a nose dive off of the table. Well, he had a blast, loved his cake, and told everyone there that it was his birthday. He made sure too that he got to take the remains of his cake home. All day long we heard: "It's my birthday!" Christmas was very busy, family coming and going, all with smiles and good cheer. Nicholas and William were so excited. William just never stooped smiling, it was as if he knew it was a special day. nicholas was just wodnerful - what an awesome day he had. He appreciated everything that was lying before him taking a few moments for everything he saw. Pure delight. It was great to have the family all there. Good times, good food, memories. CHRISTMAS 2013 It is hard to believe this morning that the day has come and gone. I will hope that each one of us can carry the magic of Christmas with us throughout the rest of the year.

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! This morning things are very normal, very quiet... hmmmmmmmmmmm...... Elsa has camped out on her spot on the sofa, Bug is in Mannie's bed, and Lola is on my lap. Supreme bliss rules here this morning. I so wish it would stay that way.... ;-) I think they are all exhausted too from the wonders of Christmas. Elsa and Bug spent most of the day downstairs, Nether of the are big social kitties, Though they both made sure at 5 PM to let me know that I had forgotten their dinner. And I had too! :shock: Such hollering in the kitchen! Surprisingly they both ate there even with the chaos that as happening there at that time, i.e.Cooking and lots of people! Guess they true were starving... :roll: . Lola was part of the group from the minute everyone arrived. She just loved the open boxes, and wrapping paper, If course she entertained everyone by making a few trips up the tree. It made for good entertainment., she did entertain us all. Even with all that frivolity the tree remains standing.... Yupp, things were pretty much the equivalent of Normalcy in MusketeerVille!

Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. Nicholas and I will swim while the other grandparents watch William for a few hours for me. We are due for a semi-sunny afternoon, cold, but maybe sunny. I hope they are right, and maybe we can go to a park in the afternoon, if it is warm enough. I will try and visit condos when I can.

What wonderful pics of your Christmas and Nicholas' Birthday! Looks like so much love and happiness was just packed right into your home...Best present ever!!!

Morning Kim I so agree with that: just too many kitties crossing to the Bridge this year, this holiday season. I hope too that Muffin will let her know soon that she made it, that she is OK. __ THX on the pics - it was such a fun day. You are right: that aspect alone was such a wonderful present. THX on today - it will be good to be back in the pool. last night Nicholas told me that is what he wnated to do today, so off we go! I so hope too on the weather... Paws crossed!

So glad Nicholas had a great birthday and had some time set aside just for that. My mother is a twin and their birthday is Christmas eve. It is always a challenge to make sure they have birthday time with everything else going on. Have a great day Michelle!!

Wow Michelle...beautiful pictures, beautiful decorations, fantastic looking food, and smiles on everyone's faces!! What more could you ask for in one day? It looks like it was a total blast and everyone had a great time...and of course Lola had to "sample" everything to make sure it was up to her high standards!!

With her penchant for high jinks, I'm surprised the turkey didn't end up dragged half way up the Christmas Tree :lol:

Nicholas looks like he had a wonderful birthday too! That's hard to pull off when you have a birthday near Christmas, much less ON Christmas to make sure they still feel it's their special day too! On that last picture of him, it looks like all the "fun" was starting to take it's toll on him. I'm betting he slept good last night! That's a lot of excitement for one little boy!!

Now comes the sad part...having to start thinking about putting all that stuff away...but I'm sure Lola will be right there adding an extra paw to help!

I'm surprised anyone has enough energy to go swimming today on top of all the activity yesterday, but I know Nicholas loves it! Enjoy your day!!

What wonderful pictures! With Nicholas being such an accomplished swimmer, it is so hard to believe that he is only 3 years old...truly amazing. And Lola...oh my goodness did it look like she was having tons of fun yesterday! I love how she was helping out with the cooking - what a girl!!! hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. We did well, despite all of us being more than tired. Nicholas and William were so tired this morning when it was wake up time that they arrived in the Pj's. :lol: and yet he was adamant that he go to eh pool! He had a list of what we were going to go: We were looking at sunny skies this afternoon - what to do with that? Nicholas says we need to go to the Seattle Aquarium, The Pacific Science Center, and Juanita Beach Park... in that order! We settled for the Park, and he can stayed awake. Hard work turning 3 yesterday ya know... what a great day at the pool. he was tired when he got here, what with all that went on yesterday, Christmas and the birthday stuff, but he was still set to go to the pool. Amazing he always finds the energy for whatever the adventure will be. The schedule there is odd this week: closing at 3, open swim starts at 11, goes to 3. so.... we did just about everything today since it was all open to him: beach, big pool, lazy river, the big bucket dump, and the Big big pool, aka the competition pool. That was the first chance he's ever had to swim in that pool. sheshhh he was so excited. This was a hoot: I went in first and silly me didn't think about the temp difference. anyways - jump in, that cold hits like a hard brick :shock: , and wow - he was right after me. Talk about temp shock for him :shock: :shock: .That took care of that, and out he went. :lol: Funny thing was he went back a few more times, despite what he thought of as too cold, he was back. He tells me next time he's going off the diving board. lol, and go for it kid. Lazy river was fun for him too, swam the whole darn thing too, with me holding his trunks at his back/waist so the current didn't take him under. anyways... awesome day for him in the pool: 2 hours today. We wound the day up at Juanita Bach, despite his being one tired boy. 1:30 rolls around, and he's telling me over and over and over: we gotta go somewhere else. PLeeeaasssssseeeeee??? ah heck, and why not, so off we went. It was a nice chance for him to play with other kids, and just enjoy the beach. and William? along for the ride. and so went the day.... I will post the Picassa link in tomorrows condo.

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooo tired, so please forgive the abbreviated answers to your posts. Thanks to all for taking the time to visit today. I agree with Amy - the holidays are exhausting!
Amy - THX on the pics, and he was determined that he swim today. And YES (!!) on Lola, I lost count of the number of time she tried to pull that turkey off the counter! :lol:
Ann - Thx, it really was a great one. LOL on Lola, bur she really did: hostess to the max. :roll: :lol: Too funny on the Lola pool. Mad dashes up it today..... :shock: :shock: :shock:
Chris - THX on all! We had such a nice time! i know on the turkey - my thoughts too! i so agree on it being hard to keep the b'day separate. we did ok, somehow we did! yes: excitement to the max!
Liz - LOL, and you are close - it is about 40 pounds of free weights holding it down. :lol: :lol: THx - it was a great day!
Rachel - I know on Bug and Elsa -I flt bad, but they set me straight! :lol: The thought did occur to em o Lola: but.... she as too distracted by all the ;-) boxes!
Pam - many thx! It was so fun. we did get lucky today, got good afternoon weather, so out we went!
