I hope everyone had a really nice Christmas. I know alot of you are really tired . Christmas is such a nice time of the year But us ladies do most of the work . While we really enjoy it it takes alot out of us and at the same time taking care of our diabetic kitty babies . Time to get ready to make those new years resolutions . Whether we want less work, more money , less stress or lossing some weight lets all hope our kitty babies stay well for the year! Come on kitties let go OTJ !
Salems doing great hes having trouble with his ears not wanting to bleed . But with a warm rag or a rice fill sock placed in the microwave hes bleeding enough for one drop .

Good Morning Tina! Yes, I'm in that 'weight loss' category - LOL! First step - stop baking!

I hope Salem's ear will develop some more capillaries for you - I had the same thing with Luci...in the early days we really had to work to get that drop...I used to massage her ears for a bit with the warm rice sock up there to 'stimulate' the blood flow. DH still does it - he counts off 15 massage strokes on her ear before he pokes her..although I think it's necessary, Luci seems to enjoy it...ha!

And yes, I'm exhausted...but lots to do...gotta get moving...

Oh yes im in the weight loss category too i had always been 100 lbs or less all my life but after back surgery and meds i gained over 50 lbs i stopped the gabapentin only taking it sometimes the weight started falling off . I lost 30 lbs but i still want 15 more off ! Its hard i never thought i would ever gain weight always been under weight . Never say never ! Slow down enjoy whats left of the holidays ! Definitely in weight category and stop smoking category. Stop baking wouldn't help, stopped that a long time ago. It's easier to buy, which I do.

Very nice Salem, a slight dip in the healing waters would be nice.
 
Lol i quit smoking 6 years ago then my son had a stroke my mother had a stroke both my in laws died it rattled my nerves so i was stupid i picked it up again ... so stupid . Its hard to quit smoking I knew better but at the time i didnt care so much bad stuff was going on i said just one . Hah i couldnt stop or i didnt want to at the time .
