Yesterday's Condo

Willie is showing off his Christmas greens in style!! Busting out the HC early this morning! Willie and Herbie are enjoying their presents from Sandy Claws and it looks like they brought some home from the party last night! Herbie woke me up with a bath starting at 6am. :shock: :shock: :shock: After waking up her Aunt Amanda to open stockings (hilarious, as my DS usually doesn't get out of bed before noon!), she played with her new mouse... on the bed, off the bed, on the bed again... no BTB for the bean today! She and Willie had a wrestling match... Herbie would hide under a bed or ottoman (both with skirts) then burst out to pounce on Willie. I'm afraid we'll need to work some on the hiding skills, though:



She also had her first encounter with the big drooler, and surprisingly held her ground. Willie was too adorable... playing much tougher than normal defending his lil' sister. Irritated at DS as she insisted the dog stay here but then refuses to actually watch him. Apparently, the cats are supposed to be locked in one room while the dog roams the house with nobody watching him. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: Not Christmas in my family unless people are yelling at each other. :roll: :roll: :roll: :roll:

After fuds with honey didn't work, we're back to HC even though the chunks make it hard to get the gravy out. Thankfully, he's eating it (turns out, he's not a fan of honey!)

Another kitty in Christmas green! Congrats on the reduction.

FWIW, honey is a lower glycemic index than Karo. It may take a bit longer to bring the numbers up -- or at least that's what I've seen with Gabby.

Wow! Willie is on a mission. Good for the kitties. My DS does the same thing with her dogs. That is why we are home alone this Christmas.

I so wish I had gotten a video of this... my uncle and cousin brought over their baby shitzu puppy... just the tiniest little thing! Little guy totally took a shine to Willie and of course, went straight for the tail. Willie wouldn't hiss at him but just gives me this Seriously?!? Wat iz it wif babies an' de tail?!? look. So Willie tries to run away, and the puppy goes scampering after him. Willie moves 2 steps. The puppy moves 2 steps. Willie puts his paw forward. Puppy puts his paw on Willie's. Willie wants to whack him with a hiss SO BADLY but is on his best behavior and just sighs and sits there until the puppy gets bored, which doesn't take long... at which point, Willie scampers off to the bedroom. I just laughed and laughed. Poor guy gets one baby trained and has to start all over! Hunter the drooler? Totally intimidated by the puppy! :lol: :lol: :lol: Puppy had a sniffy nose... Hunter came over to check him out, and with every sniff, Hunter would jump! The kitters have him spooked!!

A bit surprised we're not higher at PS tonight with all the carbs!! Will be keeping an eye on him!
