Yesterday was a rainbow day. Started pink, did lots of nice pre Christmas greens, then the PM saw that other Christmas colour. grr_red

Today we started pink, got in the carrier and went to my parents place, where Neko spent the time in an upstairs bedroom and surfing in the lagoon. I realized later that she was in the room above the kitchen. It's a log house, lots of cracks between floors. The turkey smell must have been driving her crazy. She hid under the bed at first (a tall bed), then in a corner behind a trunk, but later she was on the bed when I went in to test. At the end of the day, she was in her carrier, ready to go home! Of course it helped that there was a fresh new nanner in there too. She did get some fresh turkey as testing treats at +7.5. But she was a champ traveler again. cat_pet_icon She was very glad to be home and I got home just in time for her PM shot. Just one more family dinner tomorrow night on Boxing Day, then we can get back to normal routine again. She didn't use the LB all day, just waited until after we got home.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Ours was good but tiring, mostly the prep work the night before. There's something special about Christmas in a log house with a great huge stone fireplace and a wood stove in the kitchen.
