WCR: Weight = 11.00 lbs. She found something on the carpet under the tree, and already ate it before I could get to her. Lord knows how she finds things when this bean can't. I've already started being vigilant about using the Swiffer on the kitchen floor. I can't keep up. *sigh*
WBR: Woke up early again this morning, got a jumpstart on feeding outdoor kitty, Shadow, and my horse, BJ (the latter being fed about 2 hours early). Saw a storm coming hence the early feedings. Got Blackie tested, shot and fed, and the rest of them fed. 1/2 hour later... Poof. No electricity. Great. 2.5 hours later, the power did come back on just in time to give them all their final meals for the morning. I was able to give Blackie hers on time during the power outage. Thank goodness for battery operated clocks. Then, I started getting busy with making the pumpkin pie, and then the mincemeat cookies, and now the turkey's in the electric roaster oven. We'll eat.. Sometime today. I had to make sure that Blackie's testing table was devoid of all crumbs from the cookies that I made earlier so that I could give her a spot check.
I hope that everyone is having a great Christmas so far. Our weather is currently raining, and then we'll be transitioning into sleet and then possibly some snow, but not very much in the way of accumulations at this time. Be safe, everyone.

MY WISH: For God to help heal the broken hearts of those who lost a beloved pet and/or human... For God to help those ailing make a full and speedy recovery... For everyone to have great #s... For everyone to be OTJ.
