House is quiet. All kittens and mother cat in new homes. Delivered last two late last night when little boy went to bed. Lovely house and family - even dad got on floor to play with them. They live right around the corner so the accepted my offer to cat sit when needed. In fact, I will have them back this weekend while they go out of town. This makes things easier.
Alska is being taunted by one of my civvies. I could not figure out why he was attacking Alska until I realized that Alska's new residence downstairs is the back of the chair next to the window and Christmas tree. This is the same chair where civvie sits to watch bird feeder. Will have to move bird feeder to another window. Hope this calms things down. I am going to venture to Walmart tomorrow (YIKES) to get more strips so I can get some mid-cycle tests to consider moving Alska's dose to 2u.
So the people who invited me for Christmas dinner had a huge fight last night and split up - cancelling Christmas. Then an hour later they called back and said they had all the food and needed to cook it and would be merry so Christmas was back on. Should be entertaining!
