Good morning LL! This is Lizbean, back on duty from my trip to Tucson. Zener is doing fine this morning. He went outside to do his business and needed a little help cleaning up (which was totally unappreciated, I got a growl and a hiss for my trouble). He went btb with Anne (who gets to sleep in this morning - yay!) then I disturbed him for the +1 and now he's in his yurt.

Looks like he is recovering from a fur shot yesterday (as everyone predicted :-D ). We are off to Sedona this afternoon for a late lunch with Anne's cousins.

Anne here, Liz if off to the supermarket for Catmus dinner goodies, before all closes up. Zener is a blue-tiful BLUE this cycle to celebrate the return of Lizbean!

Quite a big drop this am, so we pulled out the karo. Zener's appy wasn't very good, so we used 11% to get him to eat, then decided to give pepcid if it is his tummy. Things slowed down now, but could be the pill pocket, so we'll get another check in an hour or so. Stitches still in his mouth, so continuing with the bupe until his mouth recheck on Tuesday. The last couple of nights, I've left food out and he has free fed, so we feel better about heading out for a bit this afternoon if he is lower than usual.

Zener is looking great! That's about low enough Zener, the beans need some time out. So surf baby!

@Amy - Zener loves to be under blankets or covered tables, chairs, desks and such. The decorations on the table are our stocking holders and they will go up on the mantle tonight for Santa Paws! :-D

@Linda - thanks for relaying instructions to Zener! He reads his condo or Mannie sends him a text! :lol:

Zenner is one happy boy w/ his Lizbean back. Have a nice afternoon out. Zenner, level out now and they will be back by the time you finish your nap!

Appy is not great today, pepcid and bupe on board so hopefully his appy will pick up this evening. Looks like a nice blue surf so we can go have a late lunch with cousins in Sedona (about 45 minutes away, and 2000 feet lower in altitude - about 15-20F warmer).

@Ann & Tess - he is very happy to have Lizbean home! We have paws crossed when we are back post-nap his appy will be better!

@Celi - we have not had an indoor tree since Zener and Tillie have been with us! For the very reasons in your pic! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Very nice day for Zener, but sorry his appy is poor. I hope he feels better after the pepcid and bupe. Have a nice time at Sedona, Anne and Liz, and hope Zener keeps a nice safe surf.

Love the pic of Zener sulking in his yurt! :lol: :lol: His numbers are looking great today, hopefully the appy follows suit. You two have a great Christmas!

@Michelle & Mannie - everyone must be busily preparing for the Catmus eve party. Zener wouldn't eat worth a darn in the am cycle, saving up for cookies? The only green we've seen today is the combo of blue and yellow! :roll:

@Ann & Maggie - he was sure begging for food when we got home from our little trip to Sedona. Looks like he surfed fine while we were away yellow to yellow with blue in between. :cool:

Love the Yurt! What a nice hiding place! Tarragon is the same way. His bed is under DH's footstool, which has a seat cover that drapes over. He loves to lay under there in his "fort.".

Nice action Zener! Yay for the mad scientist. See what you come up with this time.

Julie: Anne is very clever about naming things. She named my red Honda Fit: Scarlett O'Honda. :lol: :lol: That's not a tablecloth, it's an old towel. We are not very fancy. :roll:

Celi: Thank you for posting here so that we stopped hijacking Gabby's condo. Loved your picture over there too. :-D

Zener is feeling great tonight, playing with stick-n-string and getting in a box. He's eating well too. Better get to bed before Sandy Claws comes!

Looks like Zener is giving you a lovely Christmas Eve present!!

Hope your day in Sedona was lovely and you had a nice, quiet Xmas Eve together.

Seems that toilet/computer theme is making its way around LL!!!

String on a stick also a popular item in Gracieland, too. Glad Zener is feeling so well!!
