Good morning,

This will be brief...snotty cat was up to no good last night/this morning. Got 2 wake-up calls from her. First at +10, second at +11! Ugh...and the she gives me a 349 BG! ohmygod_smile SO SNOTTY!!!! She's eating like she's never eaten before...thinking about renaming her Miss Piggy. Gots purrs, preening, pee, poo and mischievous play. All's good as long as she lets me go back to sleep...uninterrupted!

Off to bury myself back under the covers in my tundra of a room!! Blessings to all!

ah Shasta.... whatcha doing there little one? Waking the bean up way too early... Bets just to snuggle in bed, with no worries. No way will she forget you, or your breffis.

I love the appy! WOW, and way to go Shasta. Now next is to find the lower floors. Blues ad greens, 'K?

I'm starting to wonder if her BG shoots high like that when she runs out of fuds and she starts panicking like she's never going to get fed again?! When I leave a decent amount of fuds out at night, she's usually not so high in the morning. Could also have something to do with the fact that I've been going skinny on her shots since we drove up here. Oh yeah, and she's a cat!

Hi Helen, she came down quickly from the stinkus pinkus (which I think is just the pink blanket rubbing off on her!) and now she's mellowing in the blues and eventually the yellows. Thank you for the Christmas blessings. Blessings to you and your family (two and four-legged!)

Liz, I'm pretty sure I heard her snort a few times...no joke! The room is much better today, only because it is warmer outside. Bring on the rain and humidity for Christmas! :YMSIGH: I really wanted a cold Christmas, but I guess I'll have to settle for the chilly room!! :lol:

Darn that fur shot!! Now she'll feel extra hungry and feel the need to wake you REALLY early on Christmas morning. Have a great holiday from us.

Liz, you are so right on the routine thing. This is just killing me here! But I love my family (and my cat) and we'll continue to fumble along here with sub-freezing room temps (gross exaggeration at this point!) and dim-lit rooms that rival Medieval peasant's dwellings! Ok, so maybe that was a bit dramatic, too! :lol: As for what we're singing tonight...I have no clue! My choir director very willingly allows me to join into the choir when I'm home, knowing that I haz sight-reading skillz! :-D But sometimes, it would be nice to have some of the music a little in advanced! I'm sure I have sung some of it, but there are always a few pieces for the pre-service concert that I have to put on my best sight-reading face! I'll let you know how it goes!! :razz:

I have SO missed reading your condos because I LOVE them and they always make me smile...ok, sometimes I bust a gut laughing.

I hope you enjoy singing tonight at Midnight Mass. I'm sure it will be beautiful and please enjoy it for me.

I can relate to the cold room. Last year, my mom was not well from Nov-Feb and I had to go there twice and stay at my sister's. She has a modern home but they are just CHEAP and I had on flannel PJs, four blankets, socks, and I was still so cold I could hardly stand it. I finally went and got in bed with my older sister but the misery in that is she SNORES like a freight train and all I wanted was to be able to sleep all night undisturbed and wake up when I wanted. I couldn't wait to get home. I got more sleep here :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Shasta will get back on track...no worries.
