Good Morning all,

BJM, thank you for your explanation. It's very helpful. Now, I am more understanding what is going on and know how to ask the Vet for questions.

Julie, I definately will consider Acro (IGF-1) & IAA test. I wouldn't punish her for pee pee & poo poo on the couch. As a matter of fact, She was poo poo on the litter box that was placed on the couch.
I was thinking put her back to the basement for a while and let her get used to using the litter box again in the basement and in the bathroom instead to the couch. We do give her a lot of attention and she is our only cat, so I think It is more behavioral rather than emotional. I haven't use the litter attractant, may be I should try. Thanks.

Marje, I also concern about her liver and gall bladder. I will ask my Vet to run a bile acid assay test. That may explain why she get diarrhea when she ate solid chicken beast. My be, she doesn't have enough bile to digest the fat or protein.

Anyway, I won't give up even though cost is one of my wife's concern.

I know they cost a lot sometimes, but once you have the medicine or whatever they need, maybe you can resolve the problem.
I noticed that the vet was mentioning the TLI test depending upon a test result that he was going to discuss with you on Monday. Did the test result come back okay, so you don't need to do that test?

Does she go in the litter box on the ground sometimes? I just know that when J.D. goes in or close to inside the litter box, I praise him loudly (because he's hard of hearing :)), and he gets a treat too :)
 
While you work on figuring out how best to treat her, to make cleanup easy on yourself, pick up some inexpensive painters tarps to protect soft furniture and bedding, plus, perhaps, an absorbent layer that washes easily.

Dyana, the test gave no answer and specialist recommended TLI test. However, my Vet, he didn't recommend this test as Jessica have fast for as least 12 hours which is dangerous for diabetic cats. For me, it's almost impossible not to give her food for more than 12 hours. What concern me most is her GI isssue. Her stool very stinky and sometime very dark in color. As Marje mentioned, she concerned about Jessica liver and gall bladder. I going to ask the Vet concerning a bile acid assay test to determine if the diation was due to an obstruction or just due to infection.
As a matter of fact, she used all the litter boxes.(1 in the 1/2 bathroom, 3 on the couch and 1 in the basement) But sometime, she still pee on the couch that was covered with plastic bag.

BJ, as you can think of, I put litter box everywhere. I think after the UTI, her routine got disrrupted and I think I should put back to the basement and train her to use the litter boxes only and not on the plastic bag that was covering the couch.
 
Very bad-smelling feces can be bacterial overgrowth or imbalance, lack of digestive enzymes, or lack of bile acid.

While you wait to get to the vet, you might consider giving a probiotic to see if it helps. Adding in good bacteria may help control bad bacteria. Some brands include Intelliflora and Forti Flora, both available on Amazon (link may be at top of page). If she is not sensitive to dairy, 1 to 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt with active cultures given daily may help.
