Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty is starting the Holidays in green. But it may be near the beginning of a bounce, since he was pretty low last night at onset (58). We'll see what he does. He had a good night sleeping between his beans with his head on his little green pillow. He ate all of his nighttime food. This morning we had a good test, an ouchie shot (but it got in), breakfast (first and most of second sitting eaten), lung treat, schmooze, combing/brushing, and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator.
Edward (with a little help from me) is baking the pistaschio coffee ring for Xmas-morning breakfast at my nephew's. The ice on the trees has melted overnight and we have a "window" of weather in the low 30s before the cold sets in. Tonight it will be around Zero. The high tomorrow around 7, and the low tomorrow night between -15 and -20. I'm about to go out to put some air in the tires, refill the windshield washer, and start getting the car ready for our trip tomorrow. The worst of the ice storm was to our north and west and we don't have to go through that area tomorrow. Thank goodness, because apparently many roads are still impassable owing to fallen trees and branches.
We want to wish everyone Happy Holidays and safe travels.

Yo Kitties! Santa Claws is almost ready to ride and I hope that you will all get lots of good fuds and great toys. When we all get back from the holidays we are going to start up a LL Kitty Curling Team (the "LL Sliders"). Zener and I are going to co-chair. Stay tuned for details and in the meantime, start practicing sliding on your kitchen floors.
Happy Holidays!
