Kahlua just threw up all she ate. She threw up 30 minutes after her shot. Should I be concerned? Should I re feed?

Was it a scarf and barf? If she will eat again, feed her. If she won't eat right away, try again after 30 mins.

I don't know.....there were 3 piles. She's never thrown up before. She is hungry though. She's always hungry!

The occasional barf is par for the course. Don't worry about it unless it is recurring. Could be that she ate too fast or a hairball etc.

Generally I don't worry about puke. I have 2 other cats who are occasional pukers. But, Kahlua never pukes and right after her shot worried me. She seems fine so far....trolling for snacks as always.
