Happy Caturday all!

This is strange. Racci has had the same reading 3x in a row now, twice yesterday and now again this morning. She also had a loose movement again last night (I guess from the extra Miralax I gave because of the constipation.) Today it seems to be gone though and it was only one time last night. She's eaten well today and had a good brush and then comb out. I'll be testing and feeding her again soon.
I hope all other kitties are feeling well today as well.

I guess it's not going to be a green day but another blue day instead for Racci. She just had her poop and it was loose again, not a good sign either. I really think it's this food. I must get out to try some more brands again. It has to be pate though. I've tried so many already that I may have to try some of them again. :YMSIGH: A lot of them just aren't available here and you can't get them online in single cans.

If you want to try some single cans and I can get it at my little store , I'll send you a single can so you can try something.

Of course, a single can doesn't help me with Shadow. She likes almost everything the first time ( even the Evo canned) but then loses interest after I buy more of something.
Fortunately my store tells me to bring it back.... they'll refund or trade me for something else.
I have easy access to all the ones on Shadow's shopping list. Some of them are pates even though they don't have it in the name.
The one I'm most impressed with is the Nature's variety Instinct grain free.... Shadow likes the venison ( new to her) and she liked the rabbit ( never had that before either)
but we don't know it's value. I tried it since all of theirs are low in carbs and phosphorus values.

Thanks! The local store by my house does that too luckily, but they don't have a very big selection. If I travel another 10 miles thru bumper to bumper traffic, I can get some more choices but they don't have some of them either. It's a real pain in the neck! I can't believe I don't have any pet supply super stores here. Even the one in the mall has very little selection!
I also have a problem figuring out what is pate and what isn't. Racci won't eat it if it has flakes or lumps or vegetables that you can see.

Bff has a menu she would like but it's not pate. I've tried the grain-free Nature's Variety and she ate the duck and the venison once each but would never eat them again! She hated the rabbit and wouldn't taste the others. She used to eat Wellness but they changed the formula or it was a bad batch and she would never touch it again. Then she ate Core but won't eat it anymore! She hates FF. She loved Tiki but left over all the actual food because it was flakes! I've even taken foods she liked and tried using the blender on them but it wasted too much. Talk about desperate! I'd like to try a liver pate. I think she may like that. She hates chicken & loves fish. I tried getting her to eat some raw food but no luck there either. She's so stubborn about trying something new!

BTW, I saw the carbs listed for the rabbit and venison online just recently. both are low. I think the rabbit was 2-3% and the venison 4-6%. The highest one was 6%.

Please let me know if you know of any liver pates. Thanks! If I come up with a list to try I'll let you know. Thanks for the offer!
