Morning LL! Or good afternoon, almost ;-) This bean has been trying to sleep between pokes to get rid of the nasty sore throat and aches attacking. I think we'll have to do a dosecrease tonight as this is cycle 6...so far the doses are staying mostly in yellow, so maybe this one will too...but I'm hoping for a breakthrough :smile: Except I worry since I have to work Monday and Tuesday and you know cats, they like to change it up that way :roll: . I'll just have to leave extra food out and pray that she surfs safe!

Yesterday: Chyna 12/21

Chyna was happy and purring this morning, and looking for her food at +4. She's "discovered" the bed under her cat tree (which is the one I've had the longest) which is next to a register, and is spending most of her time there now. The bathroom is abandoned for now. It's in her poking room, so convenient :lol: Not much poos so she got a tsp of canola oil last night and I'm switching to pumpkin (I don't think squash does much, but pumpkin seemed to). She's eating all her fuds. She did seem a bit off balance and stumbled yesterday :cry: but marched up her ramp today and jumped to the bed. I'm hoping that was nothing...her BG was 265 right before the stumble.

Well, I put off the housework yesterday except dishes and laundry, but I did finally finish the tree. I guess sick or no, I have to finish that today...Christmas Eve my parents come for dinner and I work the next two days so gotta have it all ready :-D Have a great day LL, I will be back to visit condos later before I procrastinate more :roll:

One has to love those flat yellows. Pending action there Chyna? I so know on those breakthroughs happening on the days we need to be elsewhere. darn cats!

Good luck with today. I hope you can get all done. Kudos on the tree! bigger Kudos on Chyna finding her bed under the tree. Sweet! :cool:

Thanks Michelle :-D Housework, laundry, and tree done, wahoo! Chyna looks like she is doing a nice yellow curve...but it looks like a dosecrease tonight... :roll:

Good luck with the dosecrease. I just had to increase Furball too. I wasn't sure if I should since I have to work tomorrow, but I didn't like leaving her in higher numbers. I hope you feel better soon.

Ugh, so dosecrease is on...

Thanks Carla, Amy, and Melissa :-D I think I am feeling better...guess when I go to work tomorrow instead of having a nap we will see :lol: Chyna seems to want to hang out with her pals in the yellows :roll: so it's all three of us doing a dosecrease! I hope that we all have good numbers and safe surfs as we go to work :-D

Come on Chyna and use that new jooce. Glad you took her up. Maybe it will take a day or so to fill her depot or you'll see some NDW so you don't have to worry about her.

On the back leg wobble....you've had her potassium checked as part of her CKD bloodwork right?

Sure hope you feel better. Sounds like you got a ton done today :-D

Glad you are feeling better Rachel. Sounds like you really got a lot accomplished today :-D Come on Miss Chyna, time to work the juice! Good luck with the dosecrease. It is so hard to leave them if their numbers seem a little low.

Thanks Rhiannon, Marje, Jane and Kelly for the good jooce and get well wishes. It is hard to leave when you're worried, but mamas gotta pay the bills...We'll see how the increase is working soon, hopefully I can drag her out...Chyna has discovered the tree and is now guarding the presents from the back of the tree :lol: I bribed her with food to get her for subqs but now she's eaten so we'll get a +3 I guess ;-)

Marje, her potassium was right in the middle of the range for normal...that was Nov.28 bloodwork :-D
