Thank you! He’s a good boy and very patient most of the time. Just not first thing in the morning. Then he just wants to eat!
I do feel bad that I sometimes have to poke multiple times to get enough blood. He’s one that’s not keen on getting something foreign on his ear so the warm sock trick doesn’t work for us. Just perseverance

Does he let you rub his ears? I'll rub Jax's for a little bit before I poke to help the bloodflow. I did the sock at the beginning (Jax didn't mind) but honestly I found it cumbersome :p
 
He only lets me rub his ears when it's later in the day and he's a bit sleepy. First thing in morning when the ears are cold and I need to then he will have none of it of course :facepalm:
