What do you think about raising the dose a little am and pm, Angela? I would like it better if his ps numbers weren't so high and it wouldn't hurt to get the nadirs lower. (I know he throws you odd nadir numbers sometimes, but he seems stuck?)

Yes, I was giving him 3.3 or 3.4 for AM and 3.4-3.6 for PM before he gave me the 59 nadir a week or so ago. Thats when I dropped him back a little for both doses.
Since the drop to 59 and dose reduction, hes been in 300's every AM instead of 400's except 1 time he was 400 AM and hes been getting some blues at nadir, but the PMPS has been up except last night he was 279.
