12/21 Wesson AMPS=HI (over 400), +1=374, +2=313, +3=265

Low yellows for a nadir, much better!:) He may, or may not bounce from this, so don't be disappointed if he does. I don't think his body is used to those much nicer numbers yet. So far, I like this dose much better. How is Wesson acting in these numbers?

He seemed fine today. So, at +6 he is creeping back up. Would you expect him to be back to the 300-400's again by the PM shot? 2u shot for tonight? At what number would I do something different. Worried like crazy he will drop too low tonight after what he did today.

Stick with 2 units, he was no where near the danger zone today. And as I said, I suspect he might bounce, which means he'd be more than safe tonight.

Yellow is a nice change from those HI numbers, I know as I used to have a kitty stuck in those numbers. As Wendy and others have said to me over the years, get the "Patience Pants" on because Feline Diabetes is not a race, it's a marathon. Hang in there Paige and Wesson, good job!

Yes, I guess I was pretty naive going into this, but we are learning. He's my buddy and I will do everything I can for him. Thanks for the encouragement! :)
