Keeping Tam, Celi's sister, in our thoughts and prayers. Sending healing vines to all sick kitties and beans.
Good Morning, Everyone,
Rusty is cruising along in green. He is busy at the moment stalking a housefly, which was undoubtedly awoken by the strangely warm weather. He had a good night, but still hasn't hacked up that hairball, despite the hairball gel he has been enjoying. Good test, breakfast (Wellness Turkey, 2 sittings), and shot with the new cartridge of juice.
Our weather is awful this morning: freezing rain, sleet, snow. I have to take Edward to the chiropractor this morning, so I hope the roads will get better than they are now. Forecast for tomorrow--the Winter Solstice--is for cold and clear, but some snow is predicted for Friday. That's the day we leave to spend Xmas with my sister, my nephew and his family. I hope we'll have good roads for the drive to their village south of Syracuse (about 4.5 hours). Rusty will get to "enjoy" another car trip. I hope it doesn't mess up his string of mostly green cycles. He was with us last year at Xmas, so hopefully he will remember my sister's house. Xmas Eve and Xmas Day are at my nephew's, but they have 2 cats and a dog, so Rusty will have to stay at my sister's while we are celebrating (it's a small village and it is easy to go back and forth, so he won't be too much alone).
Got to do Xmas cards today. Lots of other things to do, too. bbl,
