Yesterday
Morning and Happy Friday! Shadow has 3 ps so far today. It is cold here this morning but the sun is out so that's a good thing. Wind is blowing...and yet, it is nothing like what you guys in the midwest are experiencing.....
I am rethinking my plans to go visit our DD in So. Oregon on Sunday. I mean, WHAT is WRONG with me????
I am going to have my head examined when i return on Dec 31st. This sounded like SUCH a good idea a few months ago. Now, i am trying to find war WARM clothing to bring and went out to buy boots yesterday too....
I spent too many years up north in the snow to be doing this now in my old age! LOLOLOLOL
But it wil be nice to be all together for Christmas...right?
Will be missing my two furbabies though....and they didn't get their beloved Christmas Tree to lie under this year. Feels so strange to not be decorating. Sigh.
Shadow is doing well with his numbers.....with a bit of a high into yellows again...thinking about DPS giving him .5u while we are away. So much to think about...have to count the food cans for the 20th time...LOL...
Sending hugs to you all!! :YMHUG: :YMHUG: :YMHUG:

Hi guys .. nice low yellow for shadow this morning! Pat, don't stress about the weather .. just keep telling yourself you have a nice warm house to get back to  You'll probably have your DD trying to get into your suitcase on the way home! Have a great day, a safe trip, and a Merry Christmas!

Halving the dose, huh? You know best. You've done this plenty of times.
So, you're going away, again? I think they should come to see you this year

Don't forget to have some HC cans, too, maybe in a different location like the pantry next to the karo.

Have a good and safe trip... I do not understand the "war clothing" part of your post.

Thanks Dyana....I didn't reread my post as usual and I meant to say WARM clothes.....
NOT war clothes...(although WAR clothes ....hmmmm....that's pretty funny. My DDs will get a kick out of that.)

My DPS just said she will go downstairs to take care of my DD's new kittycat twice each day for $15 since she will be in the building for my two already. Whew. She is wonderful. I feel bad for the new kitty....she is so attached to my DD and will miss Liz an awful lot. This is the first time they will be separated. Her original owners named her Rocky before they knew she was a female.
So 5 years later when my DD adopted her, she renamed her "Roxie" like Roxie Hart. She is the cutest little Hemingway cat....she seems to have a million toes on her front paws....little orange zippy kitty.....

"Nobel Prize–winning author Ernest Hemingway was one of the more famous lovers of polydactyl cats, after being first given a six-toed cat by a ship's captain. Upon Hemingway's death in 1961, his former home in Key West, Florida, became a museum and a home for his cats, and it currently houses approximately fifty descendants of his cats (about half of which are polydactyl). Because of his love for these animals, "Hemingway Kitty Cat", or simply "Hemingway Cat", is a term which has come to describe polydactyls"

Pat,

How come I can't find a Raja condo? I've been looking for it, but maybe I just missed it.

I hope you have a lovely Christmas in Oregon.

Hi Pat, you'll have a great time wih your DD and maybe you could all stay inside if it's too cold. That would be a challenge for me finding warm clothes, too. I can't find clothes warm enough here with our unusual cold weather. I was wondering, too, where is Raja?
