Morning All! WOW - and are we ever off to a bang of a start this morning. +12 for Mannie was a 79. I did stall 15 minutes, got a 74, and made an executive decision to go ahead and shoot what was a falling number. For me there wasn't much difference between a 74 and a 79. I fed an 8% carb food, retested at +.5 for a 77, fed a HC food, retested @ +1 for a 78. Needless to say we will be testing alot this AM. Mannie is great - he feels good: very alert, vocal, happy. Hmmmmmmmmmm - looks like maybe a victim of the eclipse/full moon/equinox?

One happy dude this morning: prancing, dancing, singing (well, maybe not "singing"), purring. The interior has been patrolled twice. :shock: nanners reshuffled 3 times, slept on twice :shock: :shock: . Breffis consumed, though he wasn't too thrilled with Grammie's Pot Pie - what is up with that - he loves that one: :shock: :shock: :shock: he did do the circle happy dance when the gravy stuff made the scene. At the moment we napping under the Xmas tree, after a brief session of whack the civvies.

Kitties! Today we need to head to Tess's for a tree trimming party! YAY!! I've spent the night preppin' lots of snacks for us, so off we go. Tonight I want to have a Full Moon party at my place! Grillin' and stuff too. See you guys later? ~~ Mannie

79 @ +1.5. I've been feeding these with an 8% LC/MC food - so far it seems to be holding him nice and flat. :mrgreen: Next test @ +2.

Thanks Sienne - after all this time in dealing with Mannie and FD it still makes you do a double take and rethink when you have a "low" amps. Ya take a deep breathe and off you go. So far he's holding the line. paws crossed that I can keep him there.

Hi Ella - omg! I need more ~O) ... so true on the lunar stuff - nope, we couldn't see it. It was so overcast, couldn't see anything but clouds. :sad: I was hoping that all this lunar stuff would help spur my DD and her son along - but no news yet...

Hey Rusty! YES on the tuna toddy's - nobody makes them like you. It will be a great party. I think I will just grill stuff, like salmon and some turkey and some shrimp- kinda low key on the fuds. maybe some turkey burgers... Hi Deb! on the PNW: just what us folks in the west call our region: Pacific Northwest - we can be lazy, and get tired of writing all that out: PNW is so much easier.... :lol: :lol:

It so was nice to see those numbers this morning - WOW, and I too hope he can surf this away. I knew he was dropping last night, but really thought he'd level out in the blues, didn't so any tests after +5. Guess I guessed wrong. :lol: dang but I was sooooooooo tired.... opted for the bed............

Spot! WOOT on the tuna balls - I love tuna, and they will be perfect with Rusty's hot tuna toddy's. I know on all this party stuff - me too! I will come and gets you. :-D ~~ Mannie

:-D :-D There are kitties EVERYWHERE I look. The grill is grillin', fireplace is roaring, Rusty and Moonie have the Kitty Christmas Choir warming up for their Xmas party rehearsal (good news!: looks like Curry passed the auditions), there is dancing everywhere, hot toddy's bubbling on the stove, Gracie smuggled in some bourbon balls, Tess set up the pool off of the deck so she can practice her diving skills, Binks and Attie and Do Lou are working on this dance number, Muffin is mixing up some FD friendly milkshakes, kitties keep arriving every minute --- Tori just made it --- this place is hoppin'!

I was saddened to read tonight about the passing of Buzz. Buzz was such an integral part of the LL community for a while. I had been thinking about Sarah and Buzz just last night... So sad. May Sarah find peace in the memory of Buzz LightYear - such a sweet kitty.

Hi Marjorie. YAY! - a couple of really nice days. I am too - happy. It's so nice to see, and I hope that it stays this way, even though I know that it will change/evolve. It always does. :-D Never a dull moment as they say.
