No mid cycle tests in the last week? Without them its difficult to know what this dose is doing for her. If you are following SLGS, she has earned reductions with that 68 on 12/15 and 85 on 12/16. The higher numbers you are seeing could be bounces from her BG going too low between shots.

Why does your signature say SLGS? You aren’t following it so why not switch to TR? On,y problem with that is you need mid cycle tests. Seriously those tests really are important. Happy Sunday.

I got a midday. It was higher than her AMPS.
