Re: 12/21 Chester's amps 220

Nice sunny yellow this morning for Chester!

I like the pens of lantus, because I don't feel like I am wasting it too. Funny how that works isn't it> Pay more initially, get less, feel like we're not wasting, but as the vet pointed out to me in the long run on a box of 5 pens...you are paying less.

Lantus pens $160 works out to $32 per month. Not too shabby compared to the $100+ vials.

Re: 12/21 Chester's amps 220

Nice amps today I prefer the vials myself but that is not what I use since its better money wise to use the pens I have more trouble with air bubbles with the pens vs the vial is the only reason I say this

Horrible pmps! Wondering if the one drop just isn't enough and the shed is emptying. I wanted him higher for my trip, but not THAT much higher!

I suspect the issue is that you are not giving a consistent dose. Even with one or two drops, you need to shoot the same amount each cycle.

But which way to go is my dilemma. On two drops (after several cycles) I had a 94 amps (too low for my tastes). Then, after several cycles of what I THINK was one drop (let's face it, at that level I'm not even sure the "trace" was two drops) we're getting too high. Wish there was something in between but I'm danged if I know what it is. I'm trying to stay as close to right on the very first (zero) line as possible. Sometimes that's one drop (I think) and other times it's probably two depending on the printing of that particular syringe.

The syringes are SO frustrating! Nothing is consistent.
