Hi & Happy Fursday!

Racci had a high bg this morning. I think it's due to the new case of food she started yesterday but she was also a little constipated last night, which could be the food also or could cause the rise in bg. At any rate, I'm hoping it doesn't start a problem again. I have to start trying some new foods for Racci again. I'm getting tired of the inconsistencies in and problems with the Merrick BG food. I need to find some other premium food that she will accept. She's so difficult to feed!

Other than the higher bg, She seems fine today. Racci had a good appetite, she loved the food in question, was cuddly and sweet & talkative today. She usually poops after her lunch so I can't tell if she's still constipated or not yet. She'll be eating after her test in another hour or so. Right now she's sleeping in the window seat.

TTYL. I'm going to do some visiting.

Hi Melissa,

Yes, her numbers are decent after all today. I was afraid when I saw her amps that she would be high today but she came down nicely. I really like when she surfs the high greens. Nice and safe numbers but low enough to be normal numbers. :-D Unfortunately no poop yet though. I'm hoping one will come soon. She's down from her window seat now so maybe soon. She gets lazy when she's up there and doesn't want to leave to do anything, even uses the lb! :lol:
I hope Tarragon is doing well. Give him a hug for me please.

Beautiful numbers for Racci!! Hope Racci gives you a nice Poo today--Moonie is almost impossible with eating different flavors! What is with you cats @-) @-) You make us crazy!!

Isn't it crazy how they won't eat anything but what they decide is the current favorite?!!!!! I just don't understand it! You would think they would get bored with eating the same old thing wouldn't you? :roll: Nutty cats! :lol:

Racci finally did her poo but it was very constipated. Poor baby. It was a bunch of little balls all stuck together in a big ball! I don't know how she ever got it out. No wonder she's been farting and stinking up the house today! :lol: I think I'll add xtra Miralax tonight. I hope Moonie had another poo tonight also and finally cleared herself out.

I have to run and give Racci her meds, test & food. TTYL. Have a great night!

Hi Melanie, oh my, with the "bunch of little balls" poo!! :lol: :lol: I'm laughing at the phrase. The last poo Mags had was a big ball but softie as i think I overdid on the Miralax! :lol: All this poo talk is so funny and only LL'ers understand. Mags didn't have one yesterday but hopefully today. Sleep well.
