12/20 Molly AMPS 340 +3 236 +7 93 dosecrease further?

Good morning

Hope everyone is doing well. What a joy it was to see Roni's post that Moonie has finally passed her obstruction! For those of you with sick kitties today, sending out healing thoughts.

Molly News: it turns out what I thought was a 0.5 "fat"U is actually a 0.75...so I've changed Molly's spreadsheet accordingly. We're getting more greens with this dosecrease, but still bouncing from time to time. Not sure what causes it, but the nadirs are looking fairly good. The vet had wanted an increase to 1.0U which is what we were working towards, but with these numbers I'm not sure whether to go higher in dose or not.

Looking pretty good there Miss Molly! Hopefully she stops bouncing soon. If you need dose advice from "the elders" you can put something like "dose ??" in your subject line of the main post and click the little radio button by the ? Someone experienced will come along and weigh in. Doing great so far! Happy Purrsday!

Happy Purrsday - I like it! Molly is getting great nadirs at this dose. The bounces are not terrible either. Why does the vet want to increase?

In my opinion, I wouldn't increase tonight. Molly is getting nice nadirs overall, there are still some bounces but she clears them quickly. Yesterday she put together two really good cycles back-to-back, and it looks like the first time she has done that. And today she seems to be clearing her little bitty bounce and cruising in for hopefully a nice green preshot. I would wait and see what happens tonight before making any decisions.
