Hi Guys. Happy Monday.

I was a bit surprised at the +6 94 - thought this would be lower. I don't have as much data as I'd like recently. I haven't been home enough and then almost ran out of strips. He's still on the .5 dose. Don't know if there has been some furshots in there. His appetite isn't as strong as it normally is - I'd say half of what has been normal since his diabetes diagnosis.

Also I'm wondering if I should be starting a new vial. The current one is only 1/2 used and it was started on October 27th. So only two months. If it wasn't working would he be much higher than this?

I hope to be home all day tomorrow and I can test every two hours.

He still has claim to the new dog bed :mrgreen:

Hmm I usually chuck the insulin after about 30-45 days. I use cartridges. But these numbers are pretty good so I don't know if the insulin is bad. Maybe give it a couple of days and see what #'s you get.

Nice numbers today - green is always good. :mrgreen:

I used to use the vial, and could get about 2 months out of it - sometimes three. Now I use the pens which i toss after one month.

I use the 3ml cartridges too sorry - kept in the fridge. I don't use the pen though.
