Got back down to greens last night!! Woohoo!! My alarm went off at +6 to test again and I literally just looked at the phone, turned it off, got up to see if Lightning was in his kitty bed (he was) and then I just got back in bed and fell asleep!! It's like I was sleep walking or something! I had put some HC in his feeder for +5 so I'm confident that he didn't drop after his +4 83, but I wish I still could've gotten another test in.

His cold ears didn't want to bleed for me this morning so I probably had to stick him 3-4 times before I got enough to test. But I'm happy with the 163 that's for sure! He's just hanging out at his feeder now, waiting for his +1 food to come. I think he thinks that if he watches it long enough, one of these times its going to go off earlier!

very nice amps this morning! I hope Lightning has a great morning cycle.

:-D on the sleep walking... been there too - I just don't so well with the middle of the night test stuff - :?

Fun on the feeder - I can just see him waiting... as if staring at it will make it open sooner. Mannie - you should spend some time with Lightning - learn the art of auto feeder feeding... :lol:

I know what you are talking about with the alarm in the wee hours....I know that I am sleep walking when I do get up. It's like a nightmare when I think back on it. At least you heard the alarm...sometimes I just don't even wake up. And then there was the day i woke up with my cellphone cradled in my arms....hours after when I wanted to get up. grr_red
Nice AMPS for Lightning though...I bet the HC carried him through nicely....

Well, staying pretty flat for +2...maybe I should've given 3% instead of 5%, but I figured he was going to start dropping so I wanted to get out ahead of it. I swear, I never know if he's going to drop or stay flat! Grrr!!!

He's back to sitting at the feeder, although I have it open now. Its like now he thinks food is going to magically appear in it somehow! Too funny!!
 
Uh oh, down to 58 @ +5!! I'm off to Tucson for the night so Lightning is in Kyle's hands from here on out. Gave 10% w/tsp 15% and not sure what to do for +8 so Kyle is going to test to figure it out.

Uh, I'm so worried about leaving since he's been low at night on this dose.....Kyle thinks I "overtest" and said he will test as he sees fit...biting nails.....ugh! I know he will take good care of Lightning, but I still like to do it MY way :smile:
