12/19 Snickers AMPS 85, +1 73, +2 63, +3 76, +5.5 87, +8 82, +10 90, PMPS 101

Morning Chrissy, what great green cycles Snickers is having.
She's off to an awesome start , I hope you both have a nice day :bighug::D:D:D
Thank you. Yes, Snickers is having a very good morning! I think the constipation stuff was really affecting her BG the last few days, and now that it's resolved that's being reflected in her numbers. But I don't want to get ahead of myself, either. We'll see how the afternoon goes. Have a great day!

Good meowning

Looks like Snickers and my Nestle came out of remission at the same time.
Her spreadsheet looks beautiful and she's doing so well. Well done.

Oh yes! They did. Do you know why your Nestle fell out of remission? With Snickers, I think it was because she gained some weight and also developed arthritis in her spine that was causing her discomfort. We've got her on medication for that now, and she seems better. Nestle's numbers look very good right now. Lots of greens! Maybe he and Snickers can fall back into remission at the same time :)

That would be great if both of them regained remission at the same time. Paws crossed for that! you’re doing a great job, Chrissy :bighug::bighug::bighug:

We're not sure exactly why it happened. But I'm very pleased with how he's doing while back on the insulin.
It would be wonderful if both our kitties go back into remission. Looks like Snickers is a bit ahead of us but I'm sure we'll be cheering each other on :cat::bighug:

Aww, I just saw that your poor Ivy broke her leg a few months ago! That must have been tough on both of you. I hope she's all healed now!
Thanks, Chrissy. It was a very rough several months healing after surgery. I had to keep her in a small room with no furniture. No jumping at all.(And try keeping her from licking the incision site). Had to wear a cone for a few months too. Truly awful.
Thankfully, we are about 7 months past that bad situation and she’s walking and jumping on sofas again (no beds though)
I’m very thankful for her progress.
Now we are trying to focus on FD and getting in better shape there. And I’d love to see the neuropathy clear up after about a year…. A Mom can hope, right?? :bighug::bighug::bighug:

You sound like Super Mom! I'm so sorry you guys had to go through all that, but at least your kitty had you to see them through it. Glad that Ivy can jump again, even if it's somewhat limited. Have you tried pet stairs for the bed? We bought some pet stairs off Amazon when Snickers developed arthritis and stopped jumping, and she loves them! They made a big difference for her being able to get around where she wants. Although we do have a tiny apartment, and now we have two sets of pet stairs and I'm considering a third... I hope the neuropathy stuff gets better. Sounds like you've got things well in hand.

Looks like they're doing really, really well with all those greens. I bet Nestle catches up!

Thanks so much for the kind words, Chrissy. We did try pet steps before the leg break and she wouldn’t use them. Stubborn kitty :p
