All is well in CurryLand.

She's practicing her Christmas songs for the Kitty Christmas Choir. She's heard that Rusty has a lovely voice and will be leading the Choir this year. I believe that Celi is putting together all the music.

Speaking of music.....I was watching a condo last night where our Three Wise Women (Jill, Libby and Sienne) were guiding a member through a potentially challenging situation......One of them said..."you know we'll stick with you. our eyes are glued on your thread..." Talk about wonderful support.

And it reminded me of a song Calling All Angels. And when I recalled the song I could envision ALL of the wonderful members and their kitties in a video providing support and guidance throughout this journey. I could also see the heartbreak, the tears, syringes, insulin, lancets, special kitty food, the rollercoaster rides and on and on and on. But most of all, I saw ALL the wonderful folks here on this message board who help us day in and day out while we learn to do this sugardance with our kitties.

No kidding that all is well in Curryland!! I was just scrolling through Curry's SS. Wow. It doesn't get much better!!

I didn't know that Curry sang. Gabby talks (hence the name) but Gizmo is very vocal. He talks, sings, yodels, and chatters. It's really quite comical!!

Oh, Curry doesn't sing....That's why she needs to practice...Horrible, out of tune voice...Much like her bean's.....But I think she wants to find an activity that Rusty might be interested in as well.....She thinks he's a stud muffin.

So we need to sign Gizmo up for the Kitty Christmas Choir too....I think its appropriate to invite the civvies....We could invite droolers, but its still gonna be called the Kitty Christmas Choir......cuz we don't want it going to the dogs so to speak.

What a fantastic group we have.

A kitty choir! YES - and so nice. I read that to Mannie - he is so excited, and does so want them to be party of the holiday party. He says he will send his sister who sings 24/7.

So today I kinda experimented today.....No I didn't give bourbon balls to Curry. Although she might sing better after consuming a couple of them. :mrgreen:

Wanted to see what an extra snack did to Curry. Normally, she just gets one at +8. Gave the extra snack at +5 since she was trending higher. Well that snack brought her down 20 pts but the second snack was too much.

+5 =80 snack
+6.5 =63
+8 =80 snack
+9.5 =104

pmps=117


So I will go back to one snack for right now.

You know of course That Moonie is the lead singer of the group, & Rusty is her new cohort, Plus the lively tunes of th LL choir.(that means whoever wants to join in! :lol:
Moonie & Stu made fabulous music together for a long time, and now Rusty has kindly taken over for Stu...Who we miss very much!

Curry is doing Amazing and you should be very proud of yourself for that!! We all have always supported each other, & I have had many PJ parties with so many different members . That's why we call it lantus land, the finest beans and kitties anywhere!!

Curry we will be glad to have some more voices with us(but you know us kitties sing in our very cat way whenever we hear singing)
